As an SDR at ASC Global you’ll play a critical role in driving sales revenue and developing relationships with customers. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager and other members of the sales team to identify new business opportunities and close deals. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers and developing new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting (cold-calling), networking, and other sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals with new and existing customers.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team and other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business or a related field or 3+ years experience in B2B sales (selling products) with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing relationships with customers
- Valid Work Visa
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
