At American Express, we see diversity of people and experiences as fuel for the creativity and innovation we need to be and deliver our best. This program helps align with our commitment to make sure our colleagues are as diverse as our customers and the communities we serve by focusing on attracting promising underrepresented groups in the financial industry, who self-identify as Black/African American and Hispanic/Latinx.
The goal of the Emerging Leaders Summit is to provide you with a learning experience that will help you determine which of our 6 functional tracks you would like to star your post MBA professional career. We have opportunities within:
- Human Resources
- Operations & Risk
Our opportunities are in New York, NY, Phoenix, AZ, Sunrise, FL and Salt Lake City, UT.
If you are advanced to the next step of the process, you will receive an email invitation to complete a video interview, powered by HireVue. This is your opportunity to further bring your resume to life and highlight your experience for our recruiting team and hiring managers.
