BGL is hiring an Administrative HR & Recruiting intern to work in our Cleveland Office. The internship position offers the opportunity for personal and professional growth for an individual with good interpersonal skills, exceptional organization, and a sincere pride in, and enjoyment of, their work. Ideally, the person who is selected for this position will start as soon as possible and work through the fall with the option to extend.
To succeed in this role the person will assist in all administrative aspects of the Recruiting and HR endeavors. A team player who is willing to engage and assist in planning company events, new-hire onboarding, culture initiatives, and other tasks assigned.
We are looking for someone who is majoring in HR or Business Administration and has a passion to help others. Someone with exceptional verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. A punctual and professional person who knows their way around Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is extremely organized and has excellent time management skills. A candidate who seeks a challenging and motivational internship that provides the opportunity for personal and professional growth.
