Requirements: Bachelors Degree with a minimum 3.0 Grade Point Average
Qualifications: Ability to demonstrate strong critical thinking and writing skills; flexibility with hours; ability to work well with colleagues; precision and accuracy in completing tasks.
Preferred Skills and Experience: experience with social media and client outreach, digital design skills and web savvy, law office or immigration law experience helpful but not required, previous experience in customer service roles are a plus.
Paralegal responsibilities will include: research and writing, data entry of forms, booking visa appointments, preparing other legal documents for review by more senior paralegals and attorneys.
Administrative responsibilities will include: answering phone and email inquiries, maintaining electronic and hard copy files, scanning, printing, tabbing, assembling documents, ideally the person would be able to draft electronic newsletters and would know how to use constant contact or similar email software.
