As thousands of students come through this program each week, Conference staff will have a wide array of responsibility.
The duties of a Conference Summer Staff include washing dishes, running activities, lifeguarding, preparing meals, working in the coffee shop and snack shop, facilitating group development, cleaning camper rooms and conference buildings daily and cleaning all of camp at the end of each session. We are looking for staff who love Jesus and want to serve Him wholeheartedly, are willing to step out of their comfort zones and into camp ministry!
All trainings necessary (food service, lifeguard, activity, etc.) will take place during Staff Training at the beginning of the summer.
