The Legal Contract Coordinator is responsible for the preparation and review of contracts.
You will play an important role in companies due diligence process to ensure all information and documentation is accurate.
Being a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to learn about different aspects of our business which will ensure career growth and advancement.
Job requirements include:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and basic knowledge of Excel.
Extraordinary attention to detail.
The ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others.
Strong organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree a must – a paralegal certificate a plus.
