New Narrative, Inc. is a private, non-profit community mental health agency that provides services for individuals with psychiatric disabilities. As a licensed provider of mental health and alcohol and drug treatment services in both Washington and Multnomah Counties, our network of supportive programs is designed to maximize each individual’s self-determination, independence and stability. With a focus on Recovery and Community Integration, we are committed to individualized, strength-based treatment, utilizing a variety of evidence-based practices and innovative models.
RN provides assessment and monitoring of patient’s psychiatric, medical and social needs, including review of systems, treatment plans, and discharge planning as a part of a multi-disciplinary team. Develops, implements, and manages the care and education of clients. Attends and facilitates educational in-service. Assesses and treats emergencies; oversees medication monitoring and administration in compliance with applicable OAR’s. Supervises activities involved in patient care. Functions as a liaison between residents, physicians, administration, and other healthcare providers.

Associate of Nursing required. Currently Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oregon and current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
