The role of the Production Cook 3 is to ensure all items are prepared and stored to specifications.
- Maintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department guidelines
- Insure station is set for service 15 minutes prior to service.
- Display basic knife skills
- Required to learn all menu items produced by assigned station.
- Refrigeration and serving of cold food.
- Production of orders
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of Culinary education
- Candidate should have culinary and sanitation knowledge.
- Requires Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
- Have knowledge in a wide range of cooking techniques
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fulltime, part time, and on call positions available
