As a Financial Scout, your primary role is recruitment and talent development—introducing motivated individuals to a business opportunity that offers flexibility, professional growth, and long-term earning potential.
What You’ll Do
• Identify and recruit individuals interested in entrepreneurship and financial services
• Share information about career opportunities, training, and growth paths
• Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews or informational sessions
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
• Support new recruits through onboarding and early development

• Comfortable using social media and professional networks
• Leadership or recruiting experience is a plus (not required)
• Must be 18+ with a clean background
