Are you interested in developing holistic Black Hair Care Solutions through in depth understanding of consumer, product, package and technology, in partnership with multi-functional peers for Gold Series and My Black is Beautiful? In the role, you will drive project direction and decision making based on the learning and insights from the project/ program level learning plans, and/or competitive landscape and business environment understanding. You will train to be an advanced practitioner for a broad range of Product Research craft and coach, train, and develop capability for the organization.
We are looking for someone with a PhD in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering. Interest in Beauty Product Development and Hair Care for Consumers of African Ancestry.
Product Development Experience Preferred.
