Anticipate and recognize potential emergencies.
• Respond to and manage emergencies according to your American Red Cross lifeguard training.
• Promote safety and provide safety education and assistance to all guests.
• Enforce all facility and health regulations and rules to maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain American Red Cross and Sunriver Owners Association standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Maintain all lifeguarding skills (including CPR/AED and first aid) at ‘test ready’ level at all times.
• Participate in lifeguard in-service trainings.
• Cooperate and communicate well with all co-workers and supervisors both in and out of your department.
