>> My name is Lacey Frenzl. I am a sales support supervisor at Fossil Inc. So when I get in in the morning I manage orders. So when a sales rep puts an order in the system, my job is to actually make sure it gets to the customer. So it has to go through pricing, inventory, make sure we have the merchandise from the factory. When is it going to get here? How long is it going to take to get to the customer? What are the-- all the if, ands and buts that are going to happen to the order? So that's my job. I have 23 people on my team, and they're physically responsible for the brand of a department store or a corporate markets division in my department. So, I get in, and I manage their orders. We talk about, you know, problems that could be happening with an order, whether it didn't go through-- enter the system correctly, it's not exiting the system correctly, merchandise is late. We deal with planners. We deal with buyers. We deal with the sales rep teams. We deal with the inventory people at the warehouse. All day long, we are the mediator between everything to make sure that it ultimately gets there. So that's my job.
