JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Expo to join as an Expo and Steward position with our great team. Pay starts at $20-25 an hour with annual employee appreciation bonus. Hours are Wednesday – Sunday. Part Time position 24-32 hours a week. Room for growth. Hiring immediately, must be able to pass a background check.
Requires a general knowledge of expo spot and tasks. Some professional culinary experience is required. This position requires a cook who is passionate about food and providing the best quality service to our members with each plate. Being able to be flexible and adapt our food to special requests is essential. This position would be perfect for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and join a very experienced crew of chefs who are always pushing one another to be better. Line Cook experience preferred.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Current Washington State Food Worker Card
- Proper knife skills and technique
- Restaurant industry experience, fine dining experience preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Background check required
- High School diploma or equivalent, college degree or hospitality certification
- Hospitality and/or food service experience approximately 2-3 years
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
A Country Club is a unique environment that contains several micro-environments and working conditions. In order to be successful in this position, the following conditions may be encountered:
- Standing for long periods of time on a variety of surfaces
- Standing at POS workstation for potentially long periods of time
- Ability to sit, crouch, and lift 35 lbs
- Ability to perform the job tasks with or without accommodations
