Your Role:
We are searching for a skilled Marketing Specialist with a knack for content creation and social media strategy. Our ideal candidate is experienced in crafting both compelling written and video content and is familiar with optimizing this content for a variety of social media platforms. As a Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities include:
- Content Creation:
- Video: Direct, shoot, and edit video content that aligns with our brand’s voice and resonates with our audience.
- Written: Write, edit, and optimize engaging written content for social media, websites, and other marketing platforms.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance engagement and growth across platforms like Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Analyze metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and refine strategies accordingly.
- Ground Promotions:
- Plan and execute effective on-ground marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with teams and partners to optimize the reach and impact of promotional activities.
- Campaign Development and Execution:
- Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring that campaigns achieve their objectives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies, making necessary adjustments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong experience in video content creation, including directing, shooting, and editing.
- Excellent writing skills with experience in crafting engaging written content.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok, with experience in optimizing content for each platform.
- Proven experience in planning and executing on-ground marketing campaigns.
- Ability to lead projects from conception to completion, with a focus on achieving marketing objectives.
- Analytical skills to monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
