>> My name is Kate Ballinger, and I'm currently working in Washington DC, in international development at an organization called Asian Foundation. So I work in our Women's Empowerment Program, and I've been there for about 3-1/2 years. So the program that we've developed helps business women gain business skills. They get business training. Some of them aren't literate, so some of it's, like, very basic-level training. And from there, they receive mentorship and support, if they want to actually start a business, after receiving the training, then we'll provide them help in establishing a business plan and get willing a loan, if that's the appropriate step for them, and then they receive ongoing mentorship support. So it's one of the types of programs. I travel to Asia probably three or four times a year for various reasons, like, workshops or helping with programs, things like that. So in terms of the particular China Women Entrepreneurs Program, I'll communicate with the donor. It's a private donor. I'll have explained the project progress. I'll work with the woman who's managing the program in our China office, when problems come up, like, you know, now we're having some difficulties deciding who should get a loan because we want to be responsible about who gets loans. So, then I'm advising on that. So that would be my role in the program.
